IVEC Systems’ air filtration technology provides air quality that meets stringent regulatory standards. It also reduces energy costs and maintenance time, the company says.
The Steward Process Control system is designed for large-scale and heavy industrial environments. Capable of controlling the ventilation needs of as many as 200 workstations simultaneously, the system’s network design enables it to be tapped for additional drops at any time. This feature promotes flexibility and growth. The system is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) certified, and meets National Electric Code (NEC), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E standards.
The Advanced Process Control system suits the needs of smaller shops. It provides on-demand ventilation control and reduces energy consumption. It is designed to handle dedicated ventilation applications for as many as 10 workstations and blower-motor ratings ranging to 125 horsepower. It is also UL-certified and meets NEC, CSA and NFPA 70E standards.
The General Ventilation Manual Cleaning Mist Collector (GVMST) features Intellivent technology and is designed for light- to medium-duty ambient systems. It offers 2,500 to 5,000 cfm capability and automatically adjusts fan speed to optimize the filter-cleaning process. It also regulates horsepower to optimize filter usage and alerts users when service is required. In addition, the GVMST uses a low air-to-cloth ratio to prolong filter life. No special tools are required to change filters.
The modular E-Z Mist Duct Gate, an oil-mist gate for ducted systems, features an oil trap and drain system, as well as a sealed blade that contains oil ranging to 100 inch water column.
