New! Tsugami S207 with B-Axis for Complex Machining

The New Tsugami S207 20mm Swiss Turn from Tsugami debuted at IMTS 2010.  With its continuous B-axis swiveling tool spindle, the S207 is ideal for machining complex parts with sculpted features.  Thread whirling or hobbing without use of a dedicated attachment is possible with its B-axis functionality.  It is designed with flexibility in mind.  Re-configure the tool zone in minutes.  The Tsugami S207 features live face and cross tools.  A dual path Fanuc 32i-B CNC slashes cycle time by permitting true simultaneous operation of the main and sub spindle.

The S207 can be operated with or without guide bushing, allowing maximum flexibility.
