Fives introduces the Giddings & Lewis Performance T-bed horizontal boring mill The Giddings & Lewis Performance T-bed adds capacity and capabilities to the T-bed HBM introduced last year. The hydrostatic plain or contouring rotary tables handle loads up 25 or 40 tons. Faster traverse rates, higher thrust and industry-leading spindle travel add to the value of the latest Giddings & Lewis boring mill. An optional pallet shuttle system optimizes throughput for large part machining.
